The PETITRC RACE is a friendly race and no licence is required // La PETITRC RACE est une course de type amicale et aucune licence est requise - Is this race invitational only or open to everyone? // Est ce une course sur invitation seulement ou ouverte à tout le monde ? The PETITRC RACE is invitational and also open to everyone // La PETITRC RACE est une course sur invitation mais aussi ouverte à tout le monde en fonction des places disponibles - Is it ok to use additives on the tyres? // Est ce possible d'ajouter un produit sur les pneus ? NO! If someone use that and we find that, you will be disqualified of the weekend! // NON! Posted September 30, 2010 Track layout will be something more than awesome for sure.Like the previous editions. We will have an idea of it after Durango winter series that Ardent Raceway will held next November. We are a group of 10 drivers that will travel from Portugal,just to make part of such great event.Our driving skills arent top but that doesnt matter we are there just to enjoy and have fun. For the winter Series and according to their website it will be a multisurface track wood,carpet,astroturf. http://www.ardentracing.com/teamdurangowinterseries/ Minipins should work better unless theres lots of astro and less carpet Only Mr. Petit can tell us if it will be the same surface for Petitrc race.Common clarify us Monsieur Président Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted October 3, 2010 I second everything mentioned by our Portuguese friend above.Nicolas and his crew has been an amazing host the last couple of years we had the chance to be part of this R/C celebration.One of the few races were you can see Worlds level driving and an -open to everyone- attitude as well. We recognise the effort that must be put in to organise such an event and we will do our very best to be part of it for years to come. Posted October 5, 2010 Dear Nicolas and his Crew, this 2nd year that we are atending to PETIT EURO TOUR race from North Cyprus, Last year we have been there with one driver and 3 visitors, in 2011 we will be there with 4 drivers and 2 visitors .The experience of racing among best drivers of World was really fantastic, all level of drivers has a lot to learn at Petit Races. We are looking forward to be there and to live warm wellcome of frienship one more time. I wish to ask; will you update rules or same rules valid with last year ones? Tires will be stock tire of Schumacher ? or any other brand is okay. Last year mini pins used by most of the racers even though they were not obligatory. Consequently ONLY Schumacher tyres will use on the track.
